Shipping Information

Bluestone Goldsmithing ships all jewelry using insured shipping from either USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. 

Every piece is fully insured, and must be signed for in order to be received.

For international orders, your country's customs department may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other applicable charges to your order. Bluestone Goldsmithing is not responsible for any customs department fees or taxes. All pieces are insured during transit.

Returns

Jewelry pieces that were created as a custom design, custom commission, or special order basis are not returnable or refundable. 

We accept returns on all other Bluestone Goldsmithing items within two weeks of purchase. All merchandise must be in its original packaging and in its original condition in order to receive a full refund or exchange.

You may send an email to info@bluestonegoldsmithing.com in order to receive authorization that you are able to return the item. You are responsible for insuring your own return.
