Jewelry pieces that were created as a custom design, custom commission, or special order basis are not returnable or refundable. If any modifications are required to be made to your custom piece, please inform us within 48 hours. Request for additional stones, different stones, different stone sizes, and/or a different metal than originally agreed to will result in an additional cost. Any length or size changes could also result in an additional cost.
